Since 2016, Avataa Rouillier Drilling has been offering specialized diamond drilling services in the Nunavik territory, in collaboration with Charlie Watt Jr. and Christine Nakoolak. The company’s mission is to develop and highlight the human and material resources of Inuit communities, thereby contributing to local economic growth.

Since 2016, Youdin Rouillier Drilling has been the result of an alliance between Rouillier Drilling and Mr. Ted Moses, an influential figure and ardent defender of the integration of the Cree into the economic development of the Eeyou Istchee. Its mission is to contribute to the development and strengthening of Northern Quebec’s economy, particularly by actively supporting mining exploration.

Since 2020, we’ve been working closely with Coop Pikogan. This partnership recently took a new direction with the announcement of the creation of Forage Anicinape Rouillier. More than thirty Coop employees are working with us. Pikogan and Amos, where our head office is located, share a territory with a shared history!

In 2024, we created United Cree Rouillier in partnership with Lee Quachegan of Moosonee, strengthening our presence in Ontario. This alliance places a particular focus on developing the local workforce, offering employment and training opportunities while actively supporting communities and contributing to local economic development.

Kuikuhaacheu Inc., founded by John Kitchen in Waswanipi, has been a valued partner since 2023. Together, we are working to train and hire local talent in diamond drilling. This collaboration aims to create jobs, actively support the community, and generate sustainable economic benefits for Cree members.

Our partnership with Washaw Sibi emphasizes developing local skills by providing community members with concrete opportunities in diamond drilling. Together, we foster economic independence, the transmission of know-how, while strengthening ties with the community.

Since 2022, we’ve been in partnership with Nanaakatheth. From Waskaganish to Amos, though the distance is great, camaraderie makes the journey more enjoyable, often in unexpected ways. Together, we’re working to create jobs and generate lasting economic benefits.

In 2024, we formed an alliance with Beaverhouse, strengthening our presence in Ontario. This collaboration enables us to forge strong ties with the Algonquin community and actively support Beaverhouse’s development.
